Welcome to my corner of the world, where healing, growth, and empowerment take center stage. I am Shikha Kaushik, a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a certified yoga teacher, and a passionate advocate for mental health and women's rights. My journey in the field of psychology is fueled by a profound desire to help individuals navigate their unique life challenges and discover their true potential.

With a Master’s degree in Clinal Counselling Psychology and with various Diplomas, I have developed a robust foundation in psychological theory and practice. My educational background has prepared me to specialize in a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and relationship issues. Each of these areas represents not just a clinical concern, but a unique opportunity for personal transformation and resilience.

A Global Perspective on Mental Health

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work with a diverse clientele from around the globe. This includes war veterans, cancer survivors, and individuals facing a spectrum of life challenges. These experiences have granted me a unique perspective on the intricacies of human emotion and behavior, allowing me to approach therapy with cultural sensitivity and awareness.

My volunteer work during the Ukraine war and in Syria has been particularly transformative. It has deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience and has equipped me with the tools necessary to support individuals in navigating their mental health journeys with compassion and empathy. This work has underscored the importance of a holistic approach to mental health, one that integrates both psychological and contextual factors.

As a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and women's rights, I actively engage with various international organizations dedicated to these causes. My commitment extends beyond therapy; I strive to create meaningful change in communities by raising awareness about mental health issues and advocating for equitable access to resources and support.
